The real Original Flashabou! A great classic of fly-tying, a few fibers to incorporate into your streamers or boobies and it is the spark of life that animates your lure. This is the real Flashabou, always imitated but never equalled, the original Flashabou has become the standard for synthetic fibers. It brings the movement of the marabou to your flies and lures, its fibers are resistant, do not twist and do not tarnish over time. The original Hedron Flashabou is the forerunner and the best product in its class.

  • Each skein consists of approximately 1700 fibers
  • Fibers of  25.4 cm long and 0.37 mm wide fibers.
  • 29 colours

Flashabou should not be confused with Flashabou Original: The fly-tying market is flooded with copies of Flashabou which are of a much lower quality: more fragile and less mobile fibres, shorter, less resistant, colours that fade quickly and a much lower quantity of fibres in the pockets. When you find "Flashabou" for less than 5.90€ it is not original flashabou from Hedron and Asian imitations are always disappointing...
